London, UK, 4 November 2025 – Bridge Specialty International (BSI) today announces an expansion of its business with the appointment of a new Transactional Liability leadership team.
Charles Russell has joined as Managing Director of Transactional Liability. Charles brings over 13 years of industry experience, specialising in Warranty & Indemnity and Tax insurance. He joins from Gallagher where he served as Head of Transactional Risks within the Specialty business for eight years.
Hollie Markham and Jack O’Flaherty, both also previously Gallagher, will join as Executive Directors. Their appointments further strengthen the Transactional Liability leadership team.
These hires underscore Bridge Specialty International’s commitment to building a leading specialty broking business by attracting top-tier talent and investing in high-growth areas.
