Expanded roles for Ted Stuckey and Tommy Rhodes strengthen regional execution and advance organization’s vision to become the wholesaler of choice
Bridge Specialty Group, a leading global insurance wholesale broker, today announced expanded leadership responsibilities for Ted Stuckey and Tommy Rhodes as the organization continues to strengthen its operating model and position its regional teams for continued growth.
Effective immediately, Stuckey will serve as regional president of the Central and West regions and LocalEdge, while Rhodes will serve as regional president of the Northeast and Southeast regions. Both roles are focused on Bridge Specialty Group’s North American operations.
The expanded roles are part of Bridge Specialty Group’s continued focus on simplifying its operating model, strengthening collaboration across the organization and delivering a consistent experience for retail agents and brokers, carrier partners and teammates. Stuckey and Rhodes will provide strategic leadership across their respective regions, supporting regional performance, market relationships, talent development and growth initiatives.

Stuckey’s expanded responsibilities build on his current leadership of the Central region and LocalEdge. He previously served as president of LocalEdge and head of digital strategy for Bridge Specialty Group following the acquisition of LocalEdge in March 2025. Prior to joining Bridge, Stuckey held leadership roles at QBE, Markel, Travelers and Arrowhead Programs.
Rhodes’ expanded responsibilities build on his leadership of the Northeast region, adding oversight of the Southeast and creating greater alignment across the two regions. In this expanded role, he will focus on strengthening collaboration, connecting capabilities across teams and identifying opportunities for continued growth. With more than 25 years in the specialty insurance industry, Rhodes has built a distinguished career leading wholesale brokerage, underwriting and property placement organizations. Before becoming regional president of the Northeast for Bridge Specialty Group, Rhodes held leadership roles with Morstan General Agency, MacDuff Underwriters, Peachtree Special Risk and Brown & Brown, Inc..
The appointments further strengthen Bridge Specialty Group’s regional leadership structure. Jason Haupt will continue to serve as regional president of the Mid-Atlantic and Delta region, while John Vedder and Karl Snearer will continue to serve in their current brokerage leadership roles.
